What a fine time it has been for Gwyneth. Towards the end of the week, I found myself anxious to see what unique confection she would be wearing to the next Iron Man promotion. It was a tough decision for all of us, but I think this Preen dress paired with McQueen heels she wore to the Iron Man premiere and photocall in Rome was the winner of the week — across the board. Who knew Gwyneth was such a sultry vixen with her sculptural heels and thigh-bearing minis? Now we know where she's been hiding out — with her personal trainer. Gwyn is proof that a salubrious lifestyle pays off and to show it off, in a reinvented LBD, worked wonders for her. Brava.

One of the hottest trends of the evening was body-conscious, aka skin-tight! It's not a surprise when Paris shows up in a tight dress, but on Alicia Keys and Mary J., the tight styles are definitely new. M. J. has her own take on the trend with a floor-length version, and Megan Fox rocks a can't-fail Herve Leger. As for the usually breathtaking Ms. Keys, it looks like this is one trend she could have skipped.

As we all know, the female form is a beautiful thing, and it was celebrated on the Fall runways. The waist has returned and if all else fails, throw a belt on over a sweater, cardi, coat or dress, and voila! But this is a ladylike bodacious we're talking about, so work those curves with class and a bit of sheen, like here at Burberry.
