Now that everyone's lives are somewhat back to normal (read: Fashion Month is over), perhaps we'll all have a little extra time to thumb through some of the stunning November 2012 issues of our favorite magazines.

This month's selection of images runs the gamut from colorful and sparkly, like Taylor Swift on the cover of Glamour, to clean, spare, and high-end — Aymeline Valade's cover of Vogue Japan, on which she wears a piece from Raf Simons's debut couture collection for Christian Dior, is a perfect example.

A look at all the covers revealed thus far here, in the gallery.

Bryan Adams, Singer And Fashion Photographer

Bryan Adams' music video for "The Only Thing That Looks Good On Me is You" featured a runway show, but did you know that his love for fashion goes beyond a made-up catwalk?

Bryan Adams' music video for "The Only Thing That Looks Good On Me is You" featured a runway show, but did you know that his love for fashion goes beyond a made-up catwalk? The Canadian crooner is the fashion photog behind Guess' Spring '08 ad campaign with model Line Gost (left). He did a great job capturing the sexiness of Sophia Loren, the inspiration for the ads. But wait, Adams' fashion photography experience doesn't end there. He recently met up with friend and designer of Ports 1961 Tia Cibani to shoot a look book at Bungalow 1 at the Chateau Marmont. In the past, Bryan's photos have graced the pages of British Vogue, L'uomo Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and Vanity Fair. I wonder what's up his fashionable sleeve next!

Music

Rest In Peace, Luciano Pavarotti

It's a sad day for the musical world as we bid adieu to one of the finest operatic singers, Luciano Pavarotti, who died today at age 71.

It's a sad day for the musical world as we bid adieu to one of the finest operatic singers, Luciano Pavarotti, who died today at age 71. His accomplishments in the realm of classical music are many, and not the least of these is how he made opera music more accessible to people who might not otherwise be exposed to it.

Indeed, the most bittersweet thing about remembering the big, sweet-faced tenor is how willing he was to collaborate with all sorts of musicians, combining his warm, booming voice with those of well-known rock, soul and pop artists. Everyone from Bono and Queen to James Brown and the Spice Girls have shared the stage with the legendary singer. He clearly had a love for music in all its manifestations and his presence will be missed.

FABTV: Bryan Adams "The Only Thing That Looks Good on Me is You"

To add to my enthusiasm for attending New York fashion week I thought I could bring you some runway-inspired FABTV!

To add to my enthusiasm for attending New York fashion week I thought I could bring you some runway-inspired FABTV!

As you are reading this I am probably en route to the Big Apple. So I'll pretend to close my eyes and envision the saturated scene that is Bryan Adams "The Only Thing That Looks Good on Me is You" video. Who knew Bryan was so fashionable? With the acid brights and runway full of the usual fashion characters: models, drag queens, models who look like drag queens - it's sort of like a Heatherette show! (Which I will be attending next week, btw). A polished Bryan takes breaks in the bathroom while the runway tickles our senses. May each show I attend be filled with excitement, theatrics and, of course, fabulous clothes!
