Just because Summer's almost over doesn't mean you should wait to buy the perfect Summer house. Stefano Tonchi has just listed his own slice of paradise — a modern, minimalist home where he spent time away from his duties editing W magazine — for sale at $1.795 million. The house, located on over an acre of private land in Bridgehampton, NY, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over 1,700 light-filled square feet. Outdoors, there's a pool with its own pool house and a deck large enough to accommodate a dining table and lots of chaise lounges — which may explain how Tonchi maintained his healthy tan. A look at his former home away from home, here in the gallery.

Balenciaga, Michael Kors, and More are Hamptons-Bound For the Summer

Balenciaga is entering the summer retail scene in the Hamptons with a new store on East Hampton's Main Street, taking over a former Brooks Brothers shop. Michael Kors is also headed out east with a 1,050-square-foot Southampton outpost, offering designer collection, Kors Michael Kors, and Michael Michael Kors lines. And on the contemporary side of things, Trina Turk has popped up once again in East Hampton, at 79 Main Street, which opened last Friday.
On Our Radar: Bluefly's Super Saturday Aftersale
A few weeks ago, celebs and fashion fiends gathered at the Hamptons for a very important reason: shopping! All jokes aside, proceeds from Bluefly's Super Saturday in the Hamptons benefited the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. High-end merchandise, donated by over 200 designers, was sold at 30 to 50% off retail price. Last year, Super Saturday raised over 2.4 million dollars thanks to fabulous shopaholics!

Just because you weren't invited doesn't mean you can't participate. Now you can give to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund by shopping the Super Saturday Aftersale. Every penny you spend looking good will be donated to the cause. I personally like these Isaac Mizrahi Peep Toe Slingbacks, $75. Find what your heart desires and, in the process, give to those in need.
