While researching for Ungaro's fashion metamorphosis, I delved into the New York Fashion Week archives. So fun! One thing that occurred to me was how young and innocent today's models were back in the early '90s. Well, duh, they were younger and more innocent, so it's not an earth-shattering revelation. Still, I thought it would be fun to lead you through the transformations of some of today's models: Carmen Kass (left at Ralph Lauren, Spring '03), Gisele Bundchen, Jacquetta Wheeler, Erin Wasson, Tiiu Kuik, and Natalia Vodianova. Let me tell you — they were beautiful then, they're beautiful now.

Blake Lively looked great, as usual, helping Chace fill our Gossip Girl fix for this rerun week. One half of your favorite platonic TV duo of the year, Becki Newton looked hot other than those boots. Fab's got the look for you (with a better choice of footwear). Meanwhile, not Piper Perabo's best look at all. I'm sure a few fashion mishaps didn't get in the way of any sort of good time had by all the lovely ladies.

It boggles my mind when one girl spends an exorbitant amount of money on a ho-um dress. Then, two girls wear the aforementioned dress and it just makes me throw my hands up in the air and pray to the fashion gods. Such is the case with this Chloe crystal mini dress. It looks like a volcano exploded and dispersed blobs of crystals all around, expensive crystals. It's not my taste, but obviously Hilary Duff's and model Jacquetta Wheeler's. Who do you think wore it better?

I've always had a real talent for likening people to animals so it was only a matter of time until "It" models became my victims. My first prey: Jessica Stam, whose cat-like eyes make her look like she's a part of the feline family (in this case, a lioness). That connection is pretty obvious. Not so obvious, and funny, are my other victims, Shalom Harlow, Coco Rocha, Stella Tennant, Jacquetta Wheeler, and Tanya D.
