The affordable retailer teamed up with Scott Mackinlay Hahn and CFDA award winner Rogan Gregory — who's no stranger to Target collaborations — to deliver an edgy and eco-friendly line that uses 100-percent certified organic cotton. Rest assured design has not be sacrificed in the process. Plaids, easygoing tees, board shorts, relaxed skirts, and breezy dresses all give off a stylish beachy vibe. The collection will be available in stores and online on April 19, just before Earth Day.
