We can always count on online retailer LuLu's to deliver trendy cute pieces at affordable prices. Just released is its Spring look book, which touches on four playful themes: Geek Chic, Pattern Play, Little Lolita, and Discreet Charm. I went through and selected my favorite looks from each category, then offered a Fab styling tip. Click through, then shop your favorite pieces. Oh and if you haven't yet seen our styling tips from Anthropologie, check them out.
The unworn merchandise at Lulu's is just fine — and cheap! — but now they've added a new vintage collection for their quirkier customer. I'm stoked because the buyers know what's up — that most women these days seek chic and cheap. So far there are about 95 vintage items, most under $50. Sequined tube tops, sweet velvet dresses, quirky blouses, and denim rompers are waiting for you . . .
You know what I love more than a sale? A sale on already-cheap items! On that note, I urge you to peruse LuLu's sale section. It's filled with whimsical dresses, skirts, sweaters, pants, shoes, and bags. I'm all about exotic prints, and this 52nd St. Dress in Black and White ($35, originally $49) fits that criteria. The sheer ruffle sleeves provide contrast to the busy print.

The sun may still be shining bright in your neck of the woods, but soon Fall will be upon us, bringing with it crunchy leaves and gusty winds. With the notion of seasonless dressing becoming more of a reality, investing in Fall pieces now is not such a bad idea. That way you can use now and later. A slew of online retailers have started thinking ahead by stocking Autumn goodies now, like this Pollini Cutout Ankle Bootie ($695). Get ahead while you can.
