The unworn merchandise at Lulu's is just fine — and cheap! — but now they've added a new vintage collection for their quirkier customer. I'm stoked because the buyers know what's up — that most women these days seek chic and cheap. So far there are about 95 vintage items, most under $50. Sequined tube tops, sweet velvet dresses, quirky blouses, and denim rompers are waiting for you . . .
