This Louis Vuitton Small Bag Video Is Adorable

Louis Vuitton enlisted bloggers Miroslava Duma, Hanelli Mustaparta, and Elin Kling, to appear in a video called "Small Is Beautiful," an ode to the house's small, crossbody bags.

Louis Vuitton enlisted bloggers Miroslava Duma, Hanelli Mustaparta, and Elin Kling, to appear in a video called "Small Is Beautiful," an ode to the house's small, crossbody bags.

The premise is simple: Schlepping around town with a gigantic tote isn't fun, but carrying a small, functional bag can be. Cue adorable French New Wave-ish footage of Kling riding a bike across a bridge in Paris, Mustaparta taking in the sights via train, and Duma dancing on the banks of the Seine — all unencumbered and light-as-air with their itty-bitty purses.

Kling said in a blog post that the clip was produced during a photo shoot last month. The images from the shoot won't be out until the Spring, but hopefully the video below will tide us over until they're released.

Fall Mood: To Russia With Love

    Russia is having a moment.

Russia is having a moment. Thanks to Keira Knightley's latest film incarnation as Anna Karenina and real-life Russian fashion darling, Miroslava Duma's latest Fashion Week looks, we can't seem to shake the visions of each of these beauties, decked out in decadent furs, rich fabrications, and enviable jeweled add-ons. That's what our Fall fantasies are made of, as of late. Fortunately, dreams become reality when you couple inspirations with this season's actual shopping options: baroque themes that we saw on the runways at Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, and Balmain now manifesting as a pair of opulent gold trousers or a pair of studded ankle-straps. These finds make channeling that high-society drama with Miroslava's street-styled twist all the more attainable.

Clockwise from top left: Keira Knightley as Anna Karenina, Shourouk E-Vegas Earring ($465), Valentino Couture Winter 2012, Topshop Paisley Jacquard Cigarette Trousers ($90), Zara Ballerina With Jewels ($90), Miroslava Duma, Elcom Fox Fur Stole ($1,539)
