This little number was worn by teeny boppers Miley Cyrus, at MTV's TRL, and Monique Coleman, at the Teen Choice Awards preparty. Funny how both girls wore fuchsia shoes with the bubble hem dress. My vote goes to Monique because she shows off the delicate neckline better; Miley's hair is distracting. Who looks cutest to you?
Juicy Couture has stepped up its game with pretty and ultra-feminine dresses. Celebrities have been all over them, and Paris Hilton and Monique Coleman are no exceptions. Paris wore her Juicy Couture Chiffon Ruffle Dress while out to dinner with her parents, and Monique sported it at the High School Musical DVD release party. Both classy and girlie, but who do you think wore it better?
