Roselli Jardini's Moschino Cheap & Chic girl isn't one to shy away from playful statements, but for Fall 2013, that playfulness also came with plenty of wearable appeal. Double-breasted blazers, mini shift dresses, and bubble-ruffled skirts felt youthful and easy thanks to boxy, '60s-style cuts, while slim ankle trousers and outsize cocoon coats with large lapels and collars lent a jaunty, downtown feel. Of course, it wouldn't be Cheap & Chic without a good dose of leopard print, graffiti scrawls, wild furs, and in-your-face hot-pink hues, but even those felt accessible when paired with chunky black-and-white-striped sweaters or slim-cut blazers and ankle pants in black polka-dot-studded wool.
Bright Lips With a Twist Shine at London Fashion Week
2010 Spring Milan Fashion Week Fab Roundup!
Even under a scrunched time line, Milan Fashion Week stunned with numerous beautiful collections. In this roundup, I highlight some of my favorite designers, including Versace, Ferragamo, Fendi, and Armani, to name a few. I admit, Dolce & Gabbana's collection was my favorite, but that's not stopping me from showing you Bottega's soft and swirly frock, Gucci's cut-out wonder, and Emilio Pucci's magical prints. I can't seem to resist this tropical bohemian masterpiece from Etro. Simply a-mazing.
Fall Glimpse: Pouf Piece
"I like your sleeves, they're real big." Little did Napoleon Dynamite know, pouf pieces, like Deb's sleeves, would be in vogue a few years later. We've been experiencing shoulder love for a couple seasons now and we agree shoulder pads are debatable. But for Fall, designers flounced and fluffed fabrics on all sorts of terrain. Front and center on a frock, cascading down a train, at the hip(s), along a hemline, and yes, on shoulders. If the popular shoulder pouf piece is too Dynasty for you, take a cue from the poufiest of the season, Louis Vuitton, and place one, or two, at your hips — dare to go there.
Fab Finding Follow-Up: Aspen Food & Wine Classic
YumSugar's heading to a three-day extravaganza at the Aspen Food & Wine Classic this week and needed our fashion expertise. She'll be attending oodles of foodie soirees, so I asked you to come up with something beautiful and unique. She had two rules: nothing tight and nothing white — what happens if something spills? Smart. Dresses are nice, but I wanted you to feel free to play around with skirts and cute tops. The weatherman also predicted a chance of rain, so a cool jacket was required.
I started you off with this Calvin Klein Sarika Platform Pump ($98); the simple style gave you room to play with color and creativity. Let's see YumSugar's favorite outfits!
Look #1, created by Zivanod, is perfect for Yum. I adore the color combination and fun tights!

MTV Movie Awards: Miley Cyrus
Many others are embracing minidresses this evening, but Miley went downright grownup for the MTV Movie Awards red carpet in a Moschino Cheap & Chic nude halter dress with ruffles down the backside and jewels by Robert Lee Morris for Elizabeth and James and Loree Rodkin. Should she have gone for a younger look, or do you like the sophistication?

Chic Cruise '10
I can only dream of the islands I would visit wearing ravishing resort pieces from Yves Saint Laurent, Armani, Moschino Cheap & Chic, and Missoni. While my Costa Rica trip won't be quite as fancy, I can aspire to look just as nice. Each collection showed a different take on holiday dressing. Armani took the bold route with city chic cuts; Missoni played with plenty of subdued prints and layers; Moschino Cheap & Chic kept it soft and feminine; and Yves Saint Laurent — my favorite — wowed with an ode to YSL muse Loulou de la Falaise. I love how this animal print top evokes sensual, sexy vibes. Want to see my favorite Cruise '10 looks to date? You know what to do . . .
Moschino Cheap & Chic Resort 2010

Moschino Cheap & Chic, always good for a sensible day dress, showed a Resort collection fit for a lady. Nestled within the fifties-inspired frocks and cardigans, however, were a couple of looks that were more boyish and modern. Separated from the pack, you could have confused them other hip contemporary labels like Rachel Comey or Acne.
Celeb Style: Dita Von Teese
Dita Von Teese strutted her stuff as she joined a bevy of celebrities at Coachella this weekend. She's dressed just slightly more casual than usual, but far more glamorous than her fellow concert-goers. You can shop her Moschino dress in black, with similar accessories, now.
