We can't think of a better time than now to don polka-dot tights. With the holidays right around the corner, it's the perfect festive touch to any ensemble. Kourtney coordinated hers with a matching dotted blouse, Dita opted for small polka dots with a vintage Thierry Mugler dotted top and ruffled skirt at the launch of her perfume Apothia, and Tara sported hers with a fedora and boyfriend blazer.
