The Vanity Fair Oscars party took place at the Sunset Tower in LA last night. The bash is one of the most exclusive events of the evening and always brings out an A-list guest list. Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lawrence, and Anne Hathaway all dropped by the event after picking up their Oscars at the big show. Jennifer changed out of her strapless Dior gown and into a slinky Calvin Klein frock, while Anne opted to switch into a blue Saint Laurent number after her best supporting actress win. Anne even had a cute run-in with friend Sarah Silverman, whom she gave a hand-kiss to on the red carpet. Earlier in the evening, Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom were photo-bombed upon arrival by Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and Reese Witherspoon left the Oscars to make an appearance at the party. Bono brought daughter Eve Hewson, and Gerard Butler buddied up with Jason Statham.

The Vanity Fair bash isn't the only post-Oscars event that went on last night. Elton John held a star-studded viewing party for his AIDS Foundation, and the Governors Ball was another stop on the A-list's party-hopping trail.

Jessica walked the red carpet solo, but she raised plenty of eyebrows the previous night when she left the Women in Film pre-Oscars bash with boyfriend Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo. She has been notoriously tight-lipped about her romantic life, but it was revealed that Jessica Chastain's boyfriend has connections to the fashion industry: he's an executive at Moncler. However, Jessica will be taking her grandmother — not boyfriend Gian — to the Oscars, where she is up for the best actress prize. They're starting 2013 together in the French Alps, where they've been vacationing with friends for the past few days. Jason and Rosie didn't let layers of cold-weather gear get in the way of showing some PDA, from the mountains to the chairlift, and during a snack break. After fueling up with some food, Jason grabbed his snowboard, and Rosie her skis, for another go.

Jason and Rosie are ringing in the New Year with another of their fun vacations. The past 12 months saw the couple letting loose in Miami, and hanging with pals Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan in New Orleans in addition to frequent stops in London, LA, and NYC. Work means lots of travel for both Jason and Rosie, and he'll certainly have a busy few weeks ahead. Jason and Jennifer Lopez's movie, Parker, is out Jan. 25 and will require some promotion before it arrives on the big screen.
