Everyone loves throwing on a tee during the Summer, but this year brands like 3.1 Phillip Lim, Marc Jacobs, and Just Cavalli took this basic silhouette to completely new heights for the season by using unexpected fabrics and standout prints. The printed tee is now our absolute go-to option for work, play, and wherever else the day might take you. Watch the video to see our favorite picks for the season.
I definitely give Topshop props for collaborating with Kate Moss, but what the heck were they thinking with this I Started Dress, approx. $28? The cut of the dress (or wait, is it a long tee?) is so early 2000s. And the buttons on the side make it way too 80s. And why would someone be proud of claiming that they created that trend? Maybe I would consider wearing this to bed, but never in broad daylight. What do you think?
Littlemissme has grabbed my attention with her very well put together rocker chic outfit. True, this look is nothing new, but Littlemissme's version, with adorable gold flats, skin-tight skinny jeans and a black vest, looks fresh because it's simple and unfussy.
Here's what she's sporting:
- Top: Mango
- Vest: H&M
- Skinny Jeans: H&M
- Gold Flats: Laura's
- Necklace: H&M
Congrats to Littlemissme!
