Nicole Kidman didn't hesitate to turn on the shine tonight in her midnight-blue Vivienne Westwood gown. The all-over embellishments alone were enough to get her gown noticed, but coupled with a thigh-high slit and sheer finish, it was hard to take our eyes off of the nominee as she made her way down tonight's red carpet. Part of what we love about the look is also Kidman's restraint — no, the dress doesn't short on the wow-factor, but she smartly pared down the rest, opting for just a pair of stunning Fred Leighton earrings, sleek ankle-strap heels, and stick-straight locks for a totally modern effect. Thoughts?
