Alas, my wedding gown trend alerts have come to an end - I hope you liked them! After perusing wedding gowns for the past couple weeks, I think I have a better idea of what I want for my Fab wedding - which is not anytime soon but still, girls can always fantasize plan ahead for the big day right? I think I am going to end up being an unconventional bride and I really like the uniqueness of wearing a color me beautiful gown. It's a nice day for a champagne wedding perhaps? I know I'm probably in the minority here but here are some fab favorites for all you colorful chicks out there.

We all remember strapless was a big hit on the red carpet this year, so it's no surprise the decolletage exposing neckline was popular at the bridal shows as well. But I must say: let's mix it up a bit girls! The honest truth is that the neck and shoulders aren't every woman's best feature. I am happy to report that there are many other new necklines to choose from. An asymmetrical or off-shoulder neckline adds drama and intrigue to a wedding look. Now here's the scoop with these: you may have to spend more money to get a quality FABric to achieve the grandiose effect but then you don't need extras like jewelry or dramatic hair. All you need is your smile, your dress and you're good to walk down that aisle - oh, and you need your man too!

Now, we want to avoid the insanity of the running of the brides so here is a fresh trend in bridal fashion: short & sweet. After discussing this with coworkers, the consensus is these are very modern and daring. I'm even on the fence; while these dresses are beautiful, I'm not sure if I'd want to wear one on my wedding day. But I think they are a great style for an outdoor wedding - to avoid grass stains on one's train!
