Super cute! I would say no to the belt (not really my thing) and yes to the necklace. The jewelry isn't really my thing either, but it looks really nice on you. If you did wear the belt I wouldn't wear it with the necklace. Mixing it up would be fun!

Love it! the look is great and the belt is a yes. I would use a more delicate smaller necklace so it doesnt compete,though. but the belt accentuates your small waist. Also the tank?cami? that is peeking out looks like it has some detail. maybe a pic of it too?

I think this is cute, I like it both with the belt and without since the cardigan shows off your waistline, but I think the belt gives it more glamour. I love this look, but I'd just change the shoes to a gold or nude sandal, since the white make you look too 4th of Julyish.
