There's always that darn Person Who Has Everything; you know, the one that is so hard to shop for because they're not easily impressed. Prove them wrong by gifting them the coolest items out there. Go with things they'll love but wouldn't necessarily think of buying themselves.

Ah, young love, so sweet and envy inducing. They've finally found one another, and since they can't stop yapping about their romance, you know them too well.
This year, get your favorite Young Couple in Love gifts they'll both enjoy, like these Jonathan Adler Mod Model and Disco Dandy Pillows ($165).

When gifting the Big Boss — you know, the one you only get to talk to when something very good or very bad happens — tread lightly. Of course, you're going to earn brownie points by thinking of them during the holidays, but those can be lost just as easily if you pick the wrong thing. Sticking to a gift that is consummately professional is definitely the way to go.

Should you or shouldn't you? They're your Co-Worker Confidante so I say yes — get him or her a nice gift to show your appreciation for the great company and constant laughter, at work. You two may sit in close proximity to one another, but if you're not that tight-knit, go with presents that are easy but still exciting.

What is your stocking tradition? My family's has evolved over the years but these days we sit down to Christmas day brunch with our teas and coffees and open the goodies. We then dive into one of my favorite feasts of the year and then continue on to the gifts under the tree.
