Cannes Film Festival has brought out all kinds of wonderful looks thus far. Next up for your viewing pleasure is Rose McGowan in an artful piece by Dolce & Gabbana. The abstract splashes of paint and orchids on the dress is definitely unique and bold.

24well, first of all, I love this dress. But unfortunately she couldn't pull it off. It looks kind of busy on her. maybe because of her hairstyle of hair colour. It would be look much better on a dark hair, small frame woman.
