As usual, Janet Jackson's skin glowed at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards. But her hair looked a little top heavy, if you ask me. I'm used to seeing this triple-threat with bangs, but not bangs that look like they go all the way around the crown of the head. At last night's Nickelodeon 2008 Kids' Choice Awards, Jordin Sparks proved that a little bit of color can go a long way. The red streaks in her hair are pretty cute, I think, and she was smart to keep her makeup relatively low-key. I really like the idea of a cocktail dress for the Kids' Choice Awards but this David Meister chartreuse silk taffeta slip dress seems a bit more wedding appropriate.
