Feb 25 2009 - 1:00pm One thing is for sure: Alicia was determined to bring some color to the Oscars red carpet. At the award show, the singer was one of the few to wear color in her lilac Armani Prive gown. Later, at the Vanity Fair soiree, she switched the hue up to yellow.
WIG alert! Why would she wear a wig when she has her trademark beautiful hair? Even her braids would look better than a wig! I mean, she could have at least gotten a lace-front. Weow.
I don't love the first one, but I like it better than the second one - that one is just plain ugly in my opinion. plus that pink looks really pretty on her...

I don't know, I reaaaally like both of them! I like the lilac, but I like the longer train/one-shoulder look of the other one.

2Both are beautiful dresses and I love that she played with color.
But neither of them are jaw dropping or even really interesting or unique.
3I think these are two of the prettiest, most flattering dresses I've seen her wear on the red carpet!
