However, some designers went against the grain and embraced the icy-cold colors of Fall. Winter white, mellow gray, and arctic blue are intense, cool, and collected. </p> <p>Narciso Rodriguez (left) was decidedly hyperbolic with this monochrome look - a sculptural white dress, blinding tights and banded shoes. Remember <a href="http://fabsugar.com/571208" rel="nofollow">Valentino's Robert Palmer-esque Fall ads</a>? Loved 'em. With a new design team on tap, Tommaso Aquilano and Roberto Rimondi of 6267, I expect we'll be seeing more fabulousness from this Italian fashion house. Don't you wish you could just lounge around with these folks? All the limbs, flowing hair, dark clothes and strong accessories are super seductive. The images were <a href="http://www.wwd.com/issue/article/126054?page=3" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">supposed to</a> convey a '40s scenario, but I see something set more in the power-fueled '80s.
