Black and yellow are normally associated with bees, but not in this case. Miss Bea Heyvin's fantastically bumble beautiful look, instead, screams confidence. So cool how she used the illustration as inspiration to construct a similarly sassy ensemble. I love the fluidity of the polka-dot frock and the rigidity of the coat. The accessories help take the look to even funkier territory. Buzzzzz!

2010 Spring Milan Fashion Week Fab Roundup!

Even under a scrunched time line, Milan Fashion Week stunned with numerous beautiful collections. In this roundup, I highlight some of my favorite designers, including Versace, Ferragamo, Fendi, and Armani, to name a few. I admit, Dolce & Gabbana's collection was my favorite, but that's not stopping me from showing you Bottega's soft and swirly frock, Gucci's cut-out wonder, and Emilio Pucci's magical prints. I can't seem to resist this tropical bohemian masterpiece from Etro. Simply a-mazing.

Christina has this ability to always swoon us. She's confident, classic, and cool. Here she is at the LA premiere of Bruno looking just that. Her silk gray draped dress is appropriate for just about any event - take note - and she adds a little glam with a gold snake chain belt. Black patent wooden heeled platforms are perfectly Summery while a black clutch keeps things minimal. What a killer smile . . .

Cruise '10 Trend: Clean, Lean Trousers

With Cruise '10 in full effect, let's stop and evaluate the latest. Frocks and skirts dominated, but what really caught my eye were clean, lean trousers - quite the opposite of crazy harem pants. Instead, trousers ranged from cropped and loose-fitting to tight and body-con. All polished, all pretty. Each style had its own appeal; I can see myself rockin' these silky Roksanda Ilincic trousers to a rooftop party and these Rebecca Taylor pants for a lazy bike ride. Alberta Ferretti's Spring campaign is a roaring '20s-lover's fantasy. Amid a sea of futuristic and beachy ad campaigns, it stands out for being incredibly lavish and old-fashioned. If I could, I would jump into the photos to stand beside Kinga Rajzak, Mina Cvetkovic, and Viktoriya Sasonkina, as they drink and dance in their gorgeous flapper-inspired outfits. Judging from the countless champagne flutes and rose petals, a more-than-good time was had by all. Are you digging Steve Meisel's work?
