Whitney Port never ceases to amaze me with her eclectic style. For Gen Art's 15th Anniversary Benefit in NYC, Whitney channeled her inner Cher and donned a groovy polka-dot dress by Pamella Roland, bronze heels, and an Anna Sheffield Dauphine cocktail ring. The large silver dots and exaggerated bell sleeves demand attention, but I'm not sure if I'm feeling it - a little too over the top. What are your thoughts on Whitney's Warhol-inspired outfit?

Want to know one of my all-time favorite jewelry designers? You're looking at her, and her three jewelry collections: Anna Sheffield (fine jewelry), Anna Sheffield Bespoke, and Bing Bang. Now it's all in one tight place, AnnaSheffield.com. As well, there are online exclusives and limited-edition goodies. And Anna's on it - in a few weeks she's launching an iPhone app enabling users to purchase more easily from the site. Most cool? Learn how to pronounce Ah-na's name and hear about her muses via the blog and videos. I'm still obsessing over the arrow two-finger ring ($215), it's too special to ignore, just like Anna.

Trend Alert: Pirate's Booty

Sandra Bullock's pirate's booty immediately grabbed my attention. I'm talking about her necklace: it's funky, chunky, and looks like it came from hidden loot under the sea. When searching for such adornments, focus on a mix of chains, pearls, charms, and underwater influences. The chunkier, the better. Since it's a statement piece, pair it with a simple yet sassy LBD like Sandra did at The Proposal premiere in LA, or rock it out with a plain tee. Argh - it's mermaid marvelous.

Fab Flash: Designer Collaboration Double Whammy

Y'all ready for this? First, next up for Target GO International: Bing Bang jewelry designer Anna Sheffield. You may recall Anna already teamed up with Urban Outfitters and Bensoni for a couple jewelry collections, word is she's next on the roster at our favorite cheapo retailer. Sweet. Stay tuned for more details on Anna Sheffield for Target . . .

In equally awesome news, Macy's is jumping on the designer collaboration train. The retail giant tapped Rachel Roy to create an exclusive line dubbed Rachel Rachel Roy. According to the designer, "This line is the younger sister to the Rachel Roy collection. It has the same designer sensibility but with a younger feeling." The line includes clothing and accessories - my eye is already on these colorful lace-up oxford booties. Product will hit stores in August, and a new retail concept is being applied. Roy's sister collection will be displayed in pop-up sections within Macy's with unique fixtures, separate from everything else. Smart - this way, you can't miss it. And you don't want to miss it. By the looks of it, Roy delivered her eclectic ladylike vision to the new endeavor; fur vests, artsy prints, rich embellishments, and playful separates make up the mix.

On Our Radar: Anna Sheffield Creates Jewels With Bensoni

The jewelry mastermind behind Bing Bang, Anna Sheffield, has teamed up with hip NY clothing brand Bensoni to create a line of rocker girl baubles to complement its Fall collection. The exclusive line, which debuted at New York Fashion Week, includes a selection of earrings, necklaces, and cuffs made in inky, metallic finishes. My favorite piece has to be this rad cuff. Anna's combination of bronze and teal is genius. The collection will be available come Fall. I'm tingling!
