Talk about a tough decision! While I oft drop hints about who my red carpet favorites are, it all boils down to these beauties for best red carpet style of 2007. There are a couple perennial red carpet winners and a couple newbies. The most important reasons these ladies stand here is they always represent their personal style, mix things up and take risks; all red carpet fashion virtues. So who gets your vote? Defiant Diane, bold Rihanna, lady Penelope, chameleon Cate or all-American Reese?

2009 American Music Awards: Best Dressed

A wide range of personalities and styles stepped onto the American Music Awards red carpet tonight. And while there was some color, the best looks were neutral, black, and all-a-glitter. From Rihanna's laser cut Marchesa to Kristen Bell's cool Christian Cota skirt and top, silhouettes were experimental. Glitzy accessories topped off most of the contender's looks. Who was your absolute favorite?

Fab's Faves From Spring '10 LA Fashion Week

LA Fashion Week recently wrapped up and there is some undiscovered talent to share. I sifted through the collections and spotted the best pieces from the likes of Maxine Dillon, Kevan Hall, Samora, and even Project Runway alum, Jarrell Scott. Most designs catered to LA's laid-back style, but a few stand-outs, like Oliver Tolentino, proved that the City of Angels can also create some of the most decadent gowns. No doubt, I can picture this royal purple masterpiece on the red carpet.

Style Wins at Hollywood Life's 6th Annual Style Awards

Last night's Hollywood Life 6th Annual Style Awards brought out a gaggle of fashionably dressed stars. Lauren Conrad, Amber Valletta, Sophia Bush, and Selena Gomez were just some of the Fab attendees. There was a lot of black on the red carpet, but Lauren brightened things up in her floral Mara Hoffman frock. Step past the velvet rope to see some gorgeous frocks and to witness the after-party fun. Then once you're out, vote on the best dressed.

Penelope, Brad, and Michelle O Make Vanity Fair's International Best-Dressed List

Vanity Fair's 2009 International Best-Dressed list has been released, and it includes actors, models, designers, politicians, royalty, and socialites. The ones who made the cut need not have one particular fashion forte - they only need perennial style. Representing Hollywood are red-carpet queens Penelope Cruz, Anne Hathaway, Reneé Zellweger, Kelly Ripa, and Alicia Keys. Angelina Jolie didn't make the list but her man Brad Pitt did. And rightfully so! Our favorite Power Couple Natalia Vodianova and her hubby Justin Portman made it on as a couple, while Rachel Roy and Tory Burch got on solo.

I'm sure you'll find this week's selection of style impressos to be a diverse lot. Hottie warning: Gossip Girl's Ed Westwick makes two cameos. I simply can't resist! White continued to be the color of choice - after all, it is one of my favorite Summer hues. Molly Sims looked like a modern Valley of the Dolls in her long-sleeved Phillip Lim frock and suede beige Louboutin Summer booties. From the streets to the red carpet, here's the week's best . . . 2009 Cannes Film Festival: Angelina Jolie

Just when I'd forgotten the effect the fascinatingly gorgeous couple can have. Check out Angelina and Brad at the Inglourious Basterds premiere at the Cannes Film Festival. Not only am I dying to see this movie (Quentin Tarantino directing, starring Brad and Diane Kruger), this is the best dressed Cannes red carpet thus far. There was a possibility Angelina's gown was by Belstaff, the brand who designed the military-style jacket worn by Brad in the movie. But she decided on Versace; this sheer and draped terra cotta colored gown definitely screams screen siren. And those red lips - they match the red carpet. Swoon.

The Hills Style Battle: Lauren vs. Kristin

It was the much talked about season finale of The Hills last night - Lauren Conrad said goodbye to the cast while Kristin Cavallari said hello. We didn't get to see that much of Kristin, but if she's anything like her sassy Laguna Beach self, then I'm so tuning in next season. As a farewell to Lauren and a welcome ceremony for Kristin, I present The Hills style battle. Since Gossip Girl wrapped its second season, Leighton has been filming a new flick in LA. Lucky for us, she found time to hit CW's Upfront red carpet last night. Can we say très chic?
