Honestly, what did we do before Gossip Girl? Even though GG isn't a fashion show per se, we love it most for the highly stylized wardrobe. The characters and the lives of the Upper East Siders are all fun and games, but we can't help but be fixated on every outfit. We give weekly tribute to the wardrobe, and deliver fashion quizzes. I used to play in my mom's jewelry all the time - I still do. If this is you too, you probably voted for a statement necklace as your favorite trend of '08. The reader favorite was over-the-top shoes, and you know me, so this was a tough call. Then, Team Fab looked at each other and we were all wearing cool, unique statement necklaces so the decision was made. Clutches came in close after statement necklaces and we're all about those, too. What can we say: We love all the trends we presented. But glittering, ornate necklaces stole our hearts and our necks this year.

She's cute. She's sophisticated. She's approachable. She's nothing like her character on Gossip Girl, Blair Waldorf. Well, OK, they're both cute and sophisticated. We agree that Leighton Meester has the best Celebrity Style of the year. She constantly impresses in fun frocks and smart jackets and isn't afraid to play with color or show a little skin. She's a girl's girl who attended Fashion Week in September and always has a smile on her face. What's not to love? Source

No one's arguing that the handbag designer of the year is Chanel. Balenciaga was close behind, but Chanel wins both your and my vote. Karl has a way of reinventing the classic with every collection. And, he manages to throw in comic relief, poking fun at the fabulous world of fashion. They may be some of the steepest priced bags out there, but we're all lusting over Chanel.

Atelier Versace. Zac Posen. Marchesa. If you wore these designers on a regular basis you would probably be confident, too. But no one shined as brightly as Anne Hathaway this year. She proved herself to not only be a strong talent in movies like Get Smart and Rachel Getting Married, but a queen on the red carpet. At only 26, she manages to be both youthful and sophisticated. It helps that she has porcelain skin and a svelte figure, but really, her strength and natural beauty earn her the crown. Source

The majority of you prefer to shop at Shopbop - so do we. But we also love to shop at Net-a-Porter, eLUXURY, J.Crew, Urban Outfitters, Shopbop, and Saks Fifth Avenue. We love it all. That's why we couldn't pick a favorite. These shops are the best of the best when it comes to online designer selections, easy navigation, and aesthetics. Thanks for helping to narrow things down, but we regularly peruse and shop all of the above!

While Coco is your pick - and so adorable - we are smitten by new Dutch model Lara Stone. Those cheekbones, those gapped teeth, those legs. I first took notice of her and her under cleavage - it's hard to forget that. Then we gave her a full Fab Face tribute. Her raw sexuality and daring demeanor intrigued us yet again in November's i-D magazine. This blonde is having a lot of fun, cheers to you Lara!

I'm sorry Mr. Louboutin. Your red-soled shoes continue to make us salivate, but we were bitten by the shoe bug this year and that bug's name was Miu Miu. While you all strongly voted for Louboutin as the Best Shoe Designer of the Year, we couldn't help but be fascinated by Miuccia's creations. They're just so dreamy, so intricate, and so funky. And, these shoes never repeated themselves. From one season to the next, an entirely different idea was conjured up.
