Talk about a tough decision! While I oft drop hints about who my red carpet favorites are, it all boils down to these beauties for best red carpet style of 2007. There are a couple perennial red carpet winners and a couple newbies. The most important reasons these ladies stand here is they always represent their personal style, mix things up and take risks; all red carpet fashion virtues. So who gets your vote? Defiant Diane, bold Rihanna, lady Penelope, chameleon Cate or all-American Reese?

Hot Daniel Craig Brings His Best James Bond to the Set of Skyfall

Daniel Craig got serious in a gray suit on the London set of the new James Bond movie today. He's filming Skyfall after wrapping up a worldwide press tour for the thriller The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. Daniel and his leading lady Rooney Mara traveled to Berlin, Paris, and more spots around the globe promoting the project. Rooney's style was the star of many photo ops, but heads also turned when Daniel's wife Rachel Weisz joined them on the red carpet in Madrid. It was the couple's first public appearance since tying the knot last Summer. Rachel recently made headlines when her L'Oréal ad was banned in the UK for being "misleading." Attention will be back to Rooney later this month though, when she hits the red carpet at the Oscars, where she's nominated for best actress.

It's time to dust off those red-soled pumps and start brushing up on your red-carpet etiquette and practicing your poses (like we said, it's the best time of the year). Courtesy of eBay Fashion, this week's stylist challenge presents the chance to win a $500 eBay Fashion gift card! Here's what you have to do: just create a red-carpet-worthy look using at least one eBay item that can go from the Globes to the Oscars to the Grammys, seamlessly. Enter to win now - challenge ends Jan. 29.

1. Go to ShopStyle and sign up for a free account. If you already have a PopSugar account then there's no need to sign up.

2. Shop away! Hover over the piece you want and click "Favorite" so that it goes into your stylebook. Don't forget to include at least one eBay item in your look!
