Jan 28 2010 - 5:50am Props to Nicky Hilton for thinking outside the umbrella. Instead of wearing the per-usual pair of galoshes during the wet season, the cutie donned funky mortal combat boots. Such footwear is ideal in slippery conditions and looks amazing with simple leggings or skinny jeans.
