We've been seeing so many hard-edged looks, it's refreshing to see a ladylike sundress — remember those? Sorority Row star Rumer Willis reminds us how fun it is to be feminine, but she adds a touch of tough with a to-die-for black Bottega handbag, silver hoop earrings, and dark nail polish. Everything else is light and oh so lovely.

Sienna Miller stood out amongst major fashion heads last night at the NYC premiere of The September Issue wearing an icy-blue confection by Thakoon. I love how the ruched strapless bodice and short hemline emotes major flirt factor. For extra panache, the cover star wore gold Jimmy Choo sandals, chandelier earrings, clear Lennon-esque sunnies, and a fancy Bottega Veneta woven clutch.
