Fab Finding Follow-Up: Cozy Winter Flats

I recently presented a challenge that was going to take some thinking outside the box. A Fab reader who lives in NYC seeks warm, semi-dressy flats to wear in the Winter that aren't boots or sneakers. She wants to retire the Chucks she currently lives in, so I asked you to help keep her feet dressy-cozy.
