All were there to greet and congratulate Lanvin artistic director Alber Elbaz who received this year's award. </p> <p>One actress in particular stood out: surprise, surprise, it was Chloe Sevigny! This may be one of the wackiest outfits she's attempted but I have to give it to her for taking the risk. Her top looks awfully like <a href="http://fabsugar.com/354872" rel="nofollow">Stella Vine's kooky creations</a>, no? I don't mind her <a href="http://fabsugar.com/574829" rel="nofollow">full skirt</a> and booties combination, but with the Malcom X-style glasses, it's a bit much.
