The Diesel site doesn't announce it, but if you look hard enough (it's actually not that hard), you will find some serious deals on the brand's premiere Black Gold label. Cool denim and off-kilter separates are abundant. I stumbled across this Diesel Bester Denim Blazer ($150, originally $500) - and what a helluva price reduction. Only thing is, sizes are limited, but if you're an XXS, XS, or L, you're in luck. A denim blazer is a sneaky alternative to the black ones we've been inundated with this year. If I learned one thing from Ralph Lauren's American Spring collection it's to take denim-mixing risks. At that price, it's worth the risk!

Dress Me Up: Sock It to Me

I have plenty of Summer pieces that can work in the Fall, but I'm thinking some stylish socks will help take them from warm weather to cold. So I did some sock hunting and found plenty of cute pairs - striped, solid, short, long. I think these J.Crew Trouser Socks ($10, left) and Urban Outfitters Crochet Socks ($5, originally $8) will fit most seamlessly into my wardrobe. Which one's for you?

Biker babe, Diane Kruger, promoted her new film Anything For Her in London wearing an all-black ensemble complete with fun embellishments and a funky bowler hat - rad. I like how the Fab fave contrasted her tough leather jacket with a flirty tiered frock and studded Balmain booties. The perfect mix of naughty and nice. Of course, she couldn't leave home without her favorite accessory - Joshua. Too cute.

I'm moving on. I'll always love animal prints, but who can resist taking it further and wearing your favorite furry friend? The moment I saw this Whitley Kros WK Spring Tank ($176), I melted. It reminded me of one of my favorite snacks: Barnum's Animal Crackers! The silky tank itself is sexy, but the little traveling animals are sweet. No wonder there's only a Medium left, looks like I'm not the only one with animal instincts.

Freaky or Fabulous: The City's Allie Bathes in Hair (?)

Is it me or is most of the cast of The City models? Erin is a retail model, Adam is a D&G model, and his girlfriend Allie is a Diesel model. Not surprising. I recently stumbled upon Allie Crandell's performance in Diesel's short flick deemed Hair Bath, and it is way too trippy not to share. An important question that may go through your head as you watch this flick - basically about a girl who collects and bathes in hair - is, "What does this have to do with jeans?" Exactly, you tell me. Watch it and answer this: Is Allie's performance for Diesel freaky or fabulous?

"Each piece is hand carved in sterling silver. . . . The collection ironically leads to a "sci-fi casualty," giving life to unexpected encrusted organic entities, chains, and earrings, massive buckles and tiny escapularios charms - all with a future vintage, sophisticated feeling," said Diesel founder, Renzo Rosso. Looks like a creepy cool collection. Me likey.

You've probably already snatched up a black leather jacket, and if you're craving more buttery leather, shake things up with a colored leather jacket.
