By the time you read this, I will have bought Nicky Hilton's Tolani Mosaic Tunic in Pink ($109). It's just so fresh, feminine - so Rio. Clearly, Nicky digs mosaics. The exotic graphic pattern definitely interests the eye, and comes in poppy colors as well as earth tones. Nicky loaded on nomadic jewelry - check out that blingin' turquoise ring - a studded belt, and a snakeskin bag for extra style points. I always say I need more prints in my life, so no buyer's remorse here.

Is it Spring yet? My closet seems to think so. I'm already done wearing tights, but I am cheating with textured or unique leggings until we get about 10 degrees warmer . . . Most of my March musts are Spring-ready and freakin' adorable. I'm going for an easy feminine vibe that sometimes veers nautical, sometimes naughty. As always, it's a hodge podge of picks. See, it's the simplicity and extra sass via red accessories that make this outfit so alluring. I like it.

When I'm feeling a little flower child, I look to Nicole Richie for inspiration. After all, she's the queen of chic hippie looks. The Olsens' Jeanious '70s Style

Now that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have their high-end line, The Row, and sassy sportswear collection, Elizabeth and James, the two decided to create a line with the throwback tomboy girl in mind. Their latest designer endeavor, called Textile Elizabeth and James, was inspired by their own jean collection and focuses on '70s-inspired denim with styles like the Hendrix, Stevie, and Joni. All of which were inspired by their music muses.

Right now, the collection is small, comprising three pieces, but the duo has plans to launch a complete collection come Fall. "We’re talking about the favorite things you want to wear with your jeans, like the ultimate flannel shirt," said Jane Siskin, of Elizabeth and James. The Olsens' denim offerings wholesale for a little over $100 and will be available at Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, and Intermix in March. Are you interested?

When February rolls around, I have one thing in mind: Fashion Week. New York Fashion week kicks off Feb. 10, and then the fashion marathon continues on to London, Milan, and Paris. Though my fallback outfits consist of Painting It Black, I'm going to try my darndest to inject some color into my FW wardrobe. Perhaps with funky jewelry or cool scarves. After that, it's ski time. There's also a sweet pink Valentine's Day idea in here for whomever's listening . . .

Celeb Style: Olivia Palermo

I'm sure you can see why Olivia Palermo is one of my favorites. The socialite has a knack for putting together cute and unexpected ensembles, and this particular one leaves me swooning. While out at the Extraordinary Measures screening party in NYC, she paired a spotted dress by Diane von Furstenberg with embellished black sandals. That alone would have been enough, but Olivia took it to the next level and paired it with a fuzzy gilet - genius. A textured brown clutch and bold baubles - a gold cuff and chunky ring - complete her ensemb.
