Come Fab Finding With Me: The Hot V Day Date!

Oooh, this is going to be a fun one! Valentine's Day is right around the corner and I know a lot of you will be shopping this weekend for a fantastic outfit to wear Wednesday night. So, help me put one together - I'll live vicariously through all of you! But I have one restriction: no RED allowed, except for the red lipstick I'm providing. Yes, you heard me. I think there are several other sexy colors one can wear that communicate romance: black, purple, pink and white are some examples. I'll start you off with my newest favorite red lipstick Giorgio Armani matte silk lipstick #11, $25. Number 11 is also my lucky number (maybe I'll end up getting lucky after all)!

Fab Finding Follow Up: Retro Glam It Up

Last week a reader wrote me saying she bought these fierce Betsey Johnson Avril beaded peep toe pumps, $229.99, and needed help putting together a 'retro glam' outfit. She is heading to Miami for a wild escape with the girls in a couple of weeks. I said: think Studio 54 meets David Bowie.

Participating in Fab Finding

If you read Fabsugar regularly, you've probably noticed the regular feature, Come Fab Finding With Me, where I ask you all to help me find cool stuff from across the web. Using our Bookmark feature that lets us all share with each other the Fab things that we find online. Now, it's not just me telling you what I like; you all get to tell each other what you like! To get started follow these easy directions:

Join the group Fab Finding.
Once you have joined, you will need to add the bookmark code to your browser's toolbar. Check out Bookmark FAQ for the link to add to your browser's toolbar.
Find the products you want to bookmark for the challenge.
Click the Bookmark button on your toolbar. A window will pop up with your bookmark.
Change the title, if you want.
Fill out the Categories and Tag fields, if you want.
Select Fab Finding in the group dropdown. Repeat this process for as many items as you would like to include in your widget.
Once you have your all bookmarks visit Come Fab Finding With Me and click on New Post. Choose Layout from the tabs at the top.
To include your bookmarks in your Layout, click on Add Image and pick Your Bookmark tab. Click on the bookmarks you would like to include. You can personalize your Layout page and make it look like a magazine spread.
Once you have created your Layout page, there are easy Widgets at the bottom to copy and paste into the comments.

Fab Finds of the Week: A Formal Affair

There was a flurry of Fab Finding this week, most of it on the more formal side. Between the hunt for company cocktail party attire on Friday to Peepshow's request for formalwear ideas, Fab Finds were dominated by floor-length gowns, jeweled clutches, and sparkly shoes.
