Former model Keith Britton has just made the fashion industry's life a whole lot easier. His website, MyFDB.com (My Fashion Database), has the most comprehensive database for the fashion galaxy. Basically he's taken all the info on fashion professionals and their campaigns and put it all in one place. Genius! The words "rent the runway" are music to my ears. It's the ideal situation for a gal on a budget - falling in love with a catwalk look, borrowing it for a day, then returning it to its rightful owner. Now I can do that with Rent the Runway. Dying to begin? First sign up to be added to the wait list. Once you're in, peruse its A-list selection (Proenza Schouler, Matthew Williamson, Yigal Azrouel), get the dress in two different sizes, wear it, keep it for four or eight days, and send it back in a prepaid package without dry cleaning it. Trust me, there's some good stuff in there, and the prices don't sting ($50 to $200). Perfect for that holiday wedding or office party!

Les Nouvelles is not your average e-commerce destination. Yes, you can shop tons of adorable pieces by Camilla and Marc, Gryphon, Lover, and more, but you can do so much more. Gucci is going super high-tech. You heard that Geek? It has just launched an interactively cool site, GucciEyeWeb.com, in conjunction with Gucci Eyeweb, a new line of sunglasses for 18 to 25 year olds. Instead of using professional models, like on its main site, Gucci's worldwide customers are the stars here. Users are asked to upload their photos, which are then shown over a 3-D image of the sunglasses, like below. Log in next month when Gucci swaps the current sunglasses - purchase them now for $220 - for ski goggles, just in time for the Winter slopes.

AllSaints: Online and Coming to a Store Near You

I've always admired AllSaints' slick leather jackets and cool coats from afar, but now that the London-based retailer is expanding into the US, it's on. “The consumer in London is very similar to the consumer in New York, Los Angeles and Tokyo,” said Paul McAdam, of AllSaints North America. The brand just launched a US e-commerce site this week, and also plans on opening 30 to 50 stores across the US, beginning with one in LA and Miami by the end of this year, followed by two locations in NYC in the Spring. Oh, right now, the online store is offering free shipping on all US orders - get it before it's gone!

Yoox Brings Cavalli and Sander Online
