Fab Finding Follow-Up: Cozy Winter Flats

I recently presented a challenge that was going to take some thinking outside the box. A Fab reader who lives in NYC seeks warm, semi-dressy flats to wear in the Winter that aren't boots or sneakers. She wants to retire the Chucks she currently lives in, so I asked you to help keep her feet dressy-cozy. I started you off with this Banana Republic Black Skinny Jean ($90) because she will be mostly be wearing the flats with jeans and pants. Let's see your suggestions.

I'm in desperate need of a new pair of cozy gloves (or two!). I don't live in snow, but my hands still manage to freeze every morning. I'm not too picky about style - I'd rather see where your imagination takes you. But I will say, there's nothing more sexy than a buttery leather glove that smothers the hands. Oh, and I don't want anything super sporty or ridiculously expensive.
