Even before I saw super-stylish Rachel Bilson sporting these fringed boots on a recent shopping spree, I've been noticing a lot of Native American-inspired fringy fashions surfacing this Fall, including tunic-style dresses and leather accessories. Here are some of my favorite fringed finds.

Nicholas K Fall 2012

Nancy Sinatra's epic "Bang Bang," set the mood for Nicholas Kunz's Fall Nicholas K collection. Inspired by the Taos artists in the '20s and '30s, Kunz imagined a line bursting with Western influence - we loved all of the cool Stetson-inspired hats - and a dash of deco. Fringe was heavily prevalent, making its way onto geometric leather jackets, sheer crochet dresses, and for a vintage touch, metallic fringed flapper dresses. For eveningwear, Kunz showed off her signature draping technique on a variety of gorgeous sexy bias-cut dresses and fluid tops. The outerwear category also shined: parka jackets came complete with inner straps (so the coat can hang just off the shoulders), structured leather jackets highlighted by luxe fur collars, and the closing look featured an undeniably slick black asymmetric leather and canvas zippered coat. Cameron Diaz and Diane Kruger Kick Off Paris Fashion Week

Cameron Diaz and Diane Kruger went with black and white this morning for the Versace show during Paris Fashion Week. It was an exciting morning for Cameron, who said, "You know I’m a sucker for anything glittery." The Fall 2012 events have kicked off in France, and the fun will move to NYC next week.

Cameron and Diane stuck around after the catwalk closed to pose for photos with designer Donatella Versace as well as Vogue's Anna Wintour. Both Diane and Cameron headed to Europe after a stint in LA. Diane hung out with Joshua Jackson during a break from production on his show Fringe, while Cameron checked out the afterparties for the Golden Globes. Cameron saw her rumored boyfriend Diddy at the Weinstein party, and they were apparently sharing kisses in front of the other famous guests.

BCBG Pre-Fall 2012

For BCBG Max Azria's 2012 Pre-Fall collection, designers Max and Lubov Azria continued to show off their penchant for asymmetrical hemlines and fluid gowns. Described as, "Slavic soul meets bohemian spirit," the designers created silk chiffon dresses with sheer, pleated, and lace details, encompassing a simultaneously modern, yet feminine spirit. Like last season, handkerchief hemlines and bright neon pops were present and paired with leather fringe belts adding a tough touch to the diaphanous textiles. The maxidresses are not for the shy; pay special attention to the skin-baring sheer lace insets. More highlights from the collection below.

As we get deeper into the season - and the cold - we're switching up our getup for cool textural influences. To see what we mean, check out our Fall mood board showing you our latest inspiration and the lust list that comes with it. Isabel Marant's Fall runway kick-started our need for soft sweaters, fringe, and feathers while Proenza Schouler furthered our crush with its amazing green and black macramé skirt. Accessories took the route of standout statements via Eddie Borgo earrings, Givenchy clutch, and a furry confection from Helmut Lang. Of course, slick street style also played a role in our Fall mood along with our new favorite album from Feist; she sets the mood perfectly so.

How amazing are these feathered cutout booties from Jimmy Choo? In a perfect world, we'd have a closet full of such amazing, drop-dead gorgeous designer shoes. Giuseppe Zanotti, Christian Louboutin, Dolce & Gabbana - sigh, the list goes on and on. This Fall, we spied even more to swoon over; velvet booties, fringed sandals, luxe leopards are all included in our current lust list. A girl can always dream, right? Diane Kruger Sparkles in Elie Saab on the First Venice Red Carpet!

Diane Kruger wore a bejeweled Elie Saab dress to this evening's premiere of The Ides of March during the Venice Film Festival! She was one of the many glam stars to turn out on the red carpet, along with the film's leading men and women George Clooney, Evan Rachel Wood, and Marisa Tomei. Diane was last in Vancouver, where she visited her boyfriend, Joshua Jackson, as he shot Fringe. She doesn't have a film premiering at the Italian celebration of cinema, though she does have Special Forces opening during November in France. Hopefully she keeps turning out to show off her fabulous dress sense, and perhaps her next stop will be in NYC to kick off Fall Fashion Week!
