Forever 21's look book just made my Summer a little steamier. To help us revel in the heat, the cheap and chic retailer is offering us a selection of nostalgic screen-print tops — I think I own a similar Mickey tank in turquoise — cute onesies, shorts, tanks, and everything else we need to stay fashionably cool. Shopping F21's vast collection can get overwhelming, but all you need to do is peep these rad models for sane inspiration.

I've been sporting the vixen visi-bra look for years, and it's reassuring to see Rihanna rocking the style with her bright orange bra. See, there's nothing wrong with exposing a cute bra underneath a top. It adds a flirty dose of color to an outfit and I like the sexy appeal.

Shrug
A cropped, cardigan-like garment with short or long sleeves, typically knitted. It usually covers less of the body than a vest would, but it is more tailored than a shawl. Some shrugs are tied together just below the bustline, while some are cut off at the sides, making them nothing more than a pair of sleeves joined at the back.
