People fashion some crazy things, and human teeth and hair jewelry are the latest materials being used. But Australian Polly van der Glas has some fans - she received the Craft Victoria Fillipo Raphael Fresh! Award for her work. All sterling silver pieces are hand-made in Melbourne and the designer is currently taking donations for teeth, since they're hard to come by. But don't fret, the molars are sterilized and the hair is locally donated or sourced from India or China. Does that put your mind at ease? If you can stomach it, proceed.

Camilla Belle isn't the only one adoring Alexander McQueen's Spring '10 collection: Daphne Guinness loves it, too. The muse hosted NARs' 15th anniversary party in NYC yesterday decked out in the designer's ethereal alien dress and matching shoes. The sky-high platforms would have made a major statement on their own, but of course, Daphne took it to the next level and committed to the whole space-age ensemble - even her hair looks galactic! Is her 'fit freaking you out, or do you think it's fashion fabulous?

Look! A coat swallowed a whole wad of stuffed bears. How many do you think were injured during the making of this Sebastian Errazuriz piece? It's probably way too out there for most, but I can just see a kid being totally smitten with it. Well, a kid and Lady Gaga. Perhaps the fearless singer can work it then hang it up next to her Kermit coat. What do you think - freaky or fabulous?

For his Spring '10 runway show at Paris Fashion Week, Giles Deacon delivered a colorful and quirky collection filled with prom-inspired dresses, metallic pants, and see-through gowns. However, it was the abundance of creepy, crawly spiders that induced my fear. Indeed, I suffer from slight arachnophobia (although I guess I don't mind daddy longlegs, they eat other bugs, right?). And so, I don't understand why anyone would want to have a furry, eight-legged creature hanging off her chest. Maybe there are some fashionphiles out there that share Giles's love for spiders, just not me. Freaky or fabulous?

Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren are quite the masters of illusion. Check out the trippy dress they sent down their Spring '10 runway. It looks like Anja Rubik has been chopped in half - gasp! So how did they do it? If you get close, you'll notice a black banded portion in between the two layers of tulle. I wonder which celeb will dare to walk this one down the red carpet. In the meantime, what's your take - freaky or fabulous?

That's exactly what Ashley and Mary-Kate did this past weekend at the Opening Ceremony reception in Japan, when they paired Maison Michel's laced ears with their LBDs - was Madonna on to something? Check out Ashley donning quirky lace Mickey Mouse ears with an LBD from The Row collection, cream coat, Ralph Lauren tortoise sunglasses, studded sandals, and funky red handbag - both from Prada.

Mary-Kate complemented her rabbit ears with a ruffly Toga frock, Prada ankle wrap platforms, and a studded bag from the same designer. No doubt, the two are known for their unique style - play this game to see if you can tell the two apart - and kudos to them for making fashion fun. No, you're not looking at the next trend in red-carpet wear. Ouch, that would hurt. This is the ad campaign for Lionsgate's movie SAW VI and the latest SAW “Give ‘Til It Hurts” blood drive, benefiting the Red Cross. It was created by Ignition Print and shows a sexy nurse in a needle-clad corset, designed by corset kings, The Blonds. It's not practical, obviously, but it sure does pique interest. If anyone could pull it off, it would be Lady Gaga. What do you think - freaky or fabulous?

Freaky or Fabulous: Barneys' Bloody Window Display

If you happened to walk by Barneys New York on Madison Avenue earlier this week, this is one of the gory window displays you would have seen. Both A.L.C.'s and Helmut Lang's windows, featuring dying mannequins and splattered fake blood, appalled most passersby. Creative director Simon Doonan is usually the one that approves window displays, but he says he was away overseeing advertising shoots when they were installed. The displays were ordered to come down as soon as Doonan heard. Do you think it's freaky or still fabulous?

Hello? Lady Gaga? Is that you underneath that black mask? It sure is. The singer, known for her bolder than bold ensembles, attended a press conference in Malta wearing a mask. Now, I know Malta doesn't require its women to cover up, so this is merely another Gaga fashion move. Perhaps she's having a bad face day. A pair of black mismatched leather gloves and a sheer studded dress completed her avant-garde look. Is this latest Lady Gaga getup freaky or fabulous?

To add to the long list of Balmain fanatics is the one, the only, Michael Jackson. Michael was spotted running errands in a head-to-toe Balmain ensemble. The studded blazer is from the Spring '09 collection, the leopard spotted cropped jeans a la Fall '08. Need I remind these clothes are meant for women? Regardless, the clothes are dope, and reminiscent of Michael's '80s flavor. You be the judge!
