Froth is usually associated with bubbles or foam. So, if there were to be a frothy frock it would be a dress that is bubbling with fabulousness. Be it structured tiers (Anne in Gianfranco Ferre), organza silk melded with lace (Keira in Balenciaga), or couture detailing (Dita in Marchesa), these dresses provide some real drama.

I don't foresee myself walking down the aisle anytime soon, but that won't stop me from peeping at the latest bridal fashions from Jenny Packham, Vera Wang, Reem Acra, Monique Lhuillier, and Temperley London. For Fall '10, the designers supplied us with an abundance of fabulous, frothy layers of tulles, taffeta, lace, and ruffles. Every look has decadent drama, but which was your fave?

After creating my first Oscars red carpet wish list I realized: 1) It was really fun, and 2) There are so many amazing gowns out there and Hollywood stylists aren't being pushy enough with their clients. Or are the actresses afraid of overly dramatic frocks and being subject to the red carpet critics? I think Jay Manuel and Debbie Matenopoulos don't know squat about who's wearing what on the red carpet.
