Handbags, jewels, and lingerie mingled this week when social-cum-handbag/jewelry designer Genevieve Jones and La Perla showed off their latest collections at the La Perla Black Label boutique in NYC. The likes of Julia Restoin-Roitfeld and Elise Overland came out to ogle Genevieve's bling and La Perla's lacy underthings. Sounds like a win-win. Designer Zac Posen even showed up and nabbed a peck from the lady of the night, who, may I say, was dressed to impress.

When the Cruz sisters throw a party, you better believe it's going to be filled with fashionable A-listers. In celebration of the newly renovated Mango flagship in SoHo, Monica Cruz hosted a fete filled with beautiful clothes and lovely party-goers. Solange Knowles performed for giddy guests Marc Jacobs, Dakota Johnson Griffith, and Ashley Olsen, to name a few. You can tell from the pictures - check out Genevieve Jones and Julia Restoin-Roitfeld in a chummy hug - everyone had a blast. Looks like some of the party animals should have remembered to pack their morning-after clothes.

She took it with her to LA, while shopping with Frankie Rayder, and now back to London. If you recognize the handbag designer's name, that's because it's Fabcon and girl-about-town Genevieve Jones. Way to use her good taste to create a bag worth Moss's attention.

Who is Genevieve Jones and where did she come from? The better question is who hasn't Genevieve Jones rubbed elbows with? According to Vogue, the jewelry/handbag designer is at every major fashion fete (Agent Provocateur's White party, Dolce & Gabbana's fragrance launch, amfAR gala, to name a few) and is friends with fashion A-listers like Margherita Missoni, Alexander Wang, and Julia Restoin-Roitfeld.

She's often referred to as the black Paris Hilton, but that's undoubtedly due to her social ways, because her fashion sense is worlds apart from the heiress. Let's just say if she allowed me to peek in her closet, someone would have to drag me out. She constantly switches up her looks, so we're never bored. She's arguably more photographed than many of today's young Hollywood starlets. Many upper-crust New Yorkers have wondered the very question I posed - who is Genevieve Jones? - but no matter the answer, it's clear she's here to stay.

Miss Moss in fur - how Fab. Kate walked out of a London restaurant wearing one of her favorite fur chubbies. Underneath she kept it basic: black tank, black cardigan, and black jeans. But her scuffed-up tan buckle boots and fringe Genevieve Jones bag are not-so basic. Notice the tiny emerald earrings that dress her earlobes and her prominent cocktail ring.
