Jessica Biel dressed up in a Giambattista Valli gown with huge pouf sleeves for Fashion Group International's 28th Annual Night of Stars at Cipriani Wall Street in NYC last night. Giambattista, Macy's collection just debuted Wednesday, joined Jessica on the red carpet, which also brought out a Jil Sander-clad Leelee Sobieski, newlyweds Lauren Bush and David Lauren, and heiress Daphne Guinness.

It was Jessica's second evening out on the town in a row, since she joined on-again boyfriend Justin Timberlake Wednesday for an event. Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake cuddled during a bash celebrating the redesign of his Southern Hospitality restaurant. JT and Jess were pictured getting close on a banquette that they shared with friends like Elton John and David Furnish.

The socializing may cease soon for Jessica if she nabs a role that she's in the running for. Jessica Biel could be in Burt Wonderstone, an upcoming comedy featuring Steve Carell and Jim Carrey as rival magicians, but other actresses like Olivia Wilde and Michelle Monaghan could also get the part.

For Spring '12, Giambattista Valli showcased a collection fit for parties and red carpet appearances. Fancy sheath dresses were the focal point in his collection, adorned with metallic embroidery and jeweled details. Texture also came into play via white fringe - made to look almost like fur, but without the weight - churned into chic bohemian vests and embellished on dresses. The same technique was utilized in splashy zebra prints and a colorful pink and red jacket. For accessories, Valli topped off his looks with stacked arm bracelets, lace-up pumps, and gorgeous chain embellished ankle-wrap sandals. More details below.

Confirmed: Giambattista Valli's Collection For Macy's Will Debut This Fall

After earlier speculation in June, it has now been confirmed that Giambattista Valli will design a collection for Macy's. The designer, who's known for his decadent gowns worn by celebs like Emma Stone and Selena Gomez, is the fourth designer to participate in the Impulse Only at Macy’s collaboration. He follows on the heels of Karl Lagerfeld, whose collection debuts in September. Just in time for the Holiday season, expect a much dressier collection from Valli when it bows on Oct. 26. Drawing inspiration from his signature namesake collection, Valli's creations for Macy's is set to feature a predominantly red and black palette of cocktail dresses, skirts, blouses, jackets, and pants made in lace, tweed, brocade, fake fur, and tulle. The best part? The whole collection is set to retail from $50 to $150. There are no pictures yet, but we'll be on the lookout.
