A good chunk of Gisele's fortune comes from the Brazilian shoe line she does on the side of all her modeling work: Ipanema. Her newest addition to the Ipanema collection benefits the "Y Ikato Xingo" effort, which aims to preserve the sacred waters of the Xingu River. Here is the latest ad campaign, and since the shoes are so water-centric, it takes the theme and runs with it: Gisele is "wearing" a dress made of water. How cool is that?! Though the shoes themselves aren't very high fashion, they look functional and are for a good cause. Plus, Gisele looks beautiful, as always, and her long flowing mane goes well with the flow of the water. Do you agree?

Fab Flash: Gisele Y Ikatu Xingu Footwear Collection

Since 2001, Gisele's footwear line called Ipanema has sold over $100 million dollars worth of sandals! The line is inspired by the legends of the Brazilian Indian people and the sandals are now available in Malaysia.

However, instead of just celebrating these legends, it has been reported that the shoe manufacturer, Grendene, has decided to help them too.

The Kisedje Indians have a campaign called "Y Ikato Xingu" which is aimed at preserving the waters of the Xingu River and the forests that protect this sacred and necessary water. Portions of the profits from the footwear will be donated toward the campaign.

This new collection of shoes comes from a graphics workshop that began in April, which gave the Kisedje's and Gisele a chance to create a unique product.

Gisele is responsible for handpicking the tribal images found on the inner-soles of each of the sandals within this collection, which includes footwear for women, children and babies.

So Gisele is a supermodel and philanthropist? She sure makes it hard to hate her!

Gisele Hangs Close to Home While Tom Tries His Hand at Spokesmodeling

Gisele Bundchen carried her custom Sigg water bottle as she left an appointment in LA yesterday. Meanwhile, her husband Tom Brady was debuting a new, short haircut on the set of an Uggs Australia commercial, leaving behind the shaggy long locks he's been sporting for quite a while. Gisele didn't join Tom for the shoot, but he had another member of the family - his dog Lua - as his costar in the ad. Tom headed back to the West Coast to take on his new duties as the face of the footwear brand after clocking some recent practice time with the Patriots in Boston as the NFL lockout continues. In his absence, Gisele stayed busy with frequent trips to the gym, and also made a stunning red-carpet appearance at last week's AFI Achievement Awards. The couple are enjoying some time together now in the City of Angels, but depending on how the NFL's legal battle plays out, they could head to Massachusetts for Tom to begin training camp as soon as late July.

Tom Brady traded roles with his wife Gisele Bundchen yesterday - it was Tom who stepped in front of a camera to do some modeling for Ugg Australia in Pasadena! It was announced last December that Tom Brady has teamed up with Ugg Australia to star in its print ads for Fall 2011, as well as to collaborate on footwear, outerwear, and accessories. In honor of his day before the lens, Tom apparently got a haircut, too. He spent his hours on set decked out in a long-sleeved tee and jeans, playing with a few adorable dogs. Tom's back in California with Gisele, who was spotted at the gym while Tom worked, and their son, Benjamin. He was in Boston just a few days ago for practice with the Patriots, though the NFL lockouts meant their sweaty sessions were unofficial and held away from the Pat's Foxborough, MA, home and over on the Boston College grounds.

Tom Brady and His Son Jack Camp Out and Cuddle Close in Malibu

Tom Brady picked up his oldest son, Jack, from Summer camp yesterday in Malibu. Tom gave his son a sweet hug and carried his backpack for him as they headed out together. He and wife Gisele Bundchen took Jack, whose mother is Bridget Moynahan, and their young son Benjamin to celebrate Father's Day in the beach town earlier this month. Tom is enjoying some fun in the sun with his family this June, but he also fit in some work during his time away from the football field. The NFL lockout continues, but Tom's still busy as an Ugg Australia spokesperson. Tom filmed an ad for the footwear brand, with his dog Lua as his costar, last week in Pasadena.
