Trend Alert: Metallica Jackets
I have a ton of Winter coats in my closet, but I've yet to own a metallica jacket. I admit, I was shy of the shiny, but seeing Gwyneth Paltrow in her silver Alice + Olivia coat and Christian Louboutin caged booties at the Valentino event in NYC swayed me otherwise. These toppers inject major wattage to dark winterwear, and are perfect for upcoming holiday soirees.

This week's celebrity looks were blazer-heavy and beautiful — if you haven't invested in one yet, I suggest you do. I also noticed everyone's transition into Fall colors via dark metallics, hunter green, and Autumn orange. In fact, Lauren inspired me to try the orange and black combo.

Stella McCartney's Spring '10 show just unveiled at Paris Fashion Week, and one of her closest pals, Gwyneth Paltrow, was in attendance. While other stars have been dressing way up for the shows, Gwyneth kept it casual chic in cropped acid jeans. It's a minimal look, with a slight nod to the '80s via the acid wash and the bold shouldered Stella McCartney blazer.

After attending Burberry Prorsum's magnificent show, the multi-talented Gwyneth Paltrow attended the afterparty showing off her all-Burberry, all-bodacious 'fit. While I can swoon for hours about her warped baby blue skirt, I'm going to focus on her tough shoes. They're the perfect example of fashion meets function.

Gwyneth Paltrow is giving us the GOOP on her latest endeavor: fashion design. That's right, people, the jack of all trades has teamed up with French jersey brand, Zoe Tee’s, to create a clothing line called Zoe Tee’s Loves Gwyneth Paltrow. "Gwyneth's style fits perfectly with the brand," said Laure Pariente, creative director of Zoe Tee's.
