The palette consists of black, yellow, hot pink, and baby pink; stripes are aplenty, rhinestone studs sparkly. Frilly dresses, classic cardis, cuffed shorts, and platform shoes round out the rest.

Today, my windswept ensemble is all about layers. Playing with varying levels, I stacked an H&M cropped jacket — which, by the way, took me weeks of hunting to acquire — over a longer tee. Since it's storming outside, I tucked a pair of black riding pants into black foldover boots by Tara Subkoff.
