Henri Bendel is looking to revive its brand with new accessories-based stores. “We’ve always been famous for accessories in our store and a little over one year ago we started testing Bendel’s branded accessories in the store and got a great response,” said Ed Bucciarelli, president and chief executive officer of Henri Bendel.
The new accessories stores will mimic the look of Bendel's original Fifth Avenue location using whimsical touches and brown pin-striped walls.

Although getting stuck in the snow is no fun, it sure looks good on the Fabionista in Henri Bendel's 2007 Collectible Snowglobe ($48). She's carrying more bags and boxes than she can handle, she's freezing despite her opaque tights, but she still looks put together and chic. If only it were so easy in reality.

It's oft namedropped by the Gossip Girls and happens to be one of my favorite Fifth Avenue flagships, and this is one serious step forward for womankind. Henri Bendel has staked out its proverbial territory in the world wide web by launching its first web site, HenriBendel.com! The site is full of party pictures, fashion tips, event listings, and even a little e-shopping.

Twenty-five year old Rory Edelman, founder and designer of Rory Beca, is quite a lucky gal. She began her career in 2003 by making hand knit scarves; soon after, they landed on major TV shows Friends and Crossing Jordan thanks to designer and stylish Deb McGuire, whom she was working with at the time. As if that's not impressive enough, New York's Henri Bendel gave Rory two exclusive trunk shows and they sold out immediately.

Ashley Dodgen-McCormick, known as Asha to her Cuban grandparents, was only a senior in high school when she launched her jewelry line, Asha by ADM. It is inspired by her love of art, travel and a cosmopolitan lifestyle.
At 24, the designer, who incorporates semi-precious stones, shell, ivory, sterling silver dipped in 18k yellow and white gold in her designs, has already sold her bling to such major stores as Saks Fifth Avenue, Henri Bendel and Calypso.

Don't you hate it when you buy a cute headband only to find out that it gives you a migraine after wearing it for three hours? Then you're stuck in this dilemma because you've got this awful line right in the front of your hair - but if you don't take it off, the back of your ears will become so tender it becomes hard to even speak. I've found the best brand ever!

Shelley Barrett, former model agent and founder of Modelco Cosmetices, whom I met in Henri Bendel the other day was offering makeovers to walk-ins. When I saw what she did with eyelashes, I had to be next on line.
