Who Wore It Better? High Waisted Skinny Jeans

Back in March, Jennifer Lopez proved curvy women can pull off high-waisted skinny jeans. Now, Deal or No Deal model Claudia Jordan is attempting to bring back those jeans. It's a toughie to pull off so I give props to both women for trying. Jennifer deserves a few extra points for those YSL pumps, layered bangles, and cool vest. Who do you think wore them better?

The 70s are back! What with wide legged jeans in full force and now high-waisted jeans, it is clear the skinny and low rise have competition. I am elated - you all know by now I have a thing for the carefree styles of the dazed & confused decade. While the high waist was around long before the 70s, try the 50s, it was given sex appeal in the decade of disco. I prefer this look worn with a wide leg, it just complements any body way better. Either way, if you've got the feelin' go for it!

High-waisted jeans have been around for a while now and I was even brave enough to don a pair! So it's safe to assume that I like these Janiesse Foxy Jeans, $215, that Jessica Alba owns. Yes, they are super-duper high and probably really uncomfortable, but on the right person, they can look absolutely smashing. Do you agree?

No crazy patterns or colors here - just a light white top and high-waisted blue jeans. krystinabell is ready for some good clean fun with an outfit that makes me think "effortless perfection." And, as an afterthought: those high-waisted jeans look great on her - "mom jeans" doesn't enter my mind when I see this.

I am in love with this entire outfit; everything from her vintage Yves Saint Laurent shades down to her nude Loubs.
