Check it, the sleeveless work shirt is perfect for now - a la bare arms - and will also work in the Winter layered over a longsleever. There are two ways to achieve this semi grungy vibe: buy a pre-made version, or just rip the sleeves off of an existing shirt. You know we'll be doing the latter . . .
