I thought it couldn't get any hotter with Mischa's Summer '08 ad, but I was wrong. Striking a svelte pose is Iceberg's newest queen: Amber Valletta.

In the Fall '08 campaign, Valletta takes on a slick attitude to go with Iceberg's angular and voluminous cut designs. I like how her pale face and blond hair contrast against her dark and stormy eyes. She looks possessed. Possessed by high fashion.

OK no, the adolescent backward pant wearing hip hip group circa 1992 is not back in action. But the kris kross effect we are seeing on dresses and tops is very much in fashion. Amy Adams is aplomb in Narciso Rodriguez with sleek hair and minimal accessories. I'm guessing the return of the original banded dress master Herve Leger had something to do with this . . .

For Iceberg's Spring ads, she exudes a raw sex appeal making faces that should remain behind closed doors. Two opposite looks, but which Mischa do you prefer - wholesome or sexy?

It's Mischa Barton and Iceberg round two. But unlike the Fall/Winter '07 campaign featuring the actress, these Spring/Summer '08 shots are dangerously hot. In fact, they almost make me forget Mischa's latest fashion faux pas. The poses are high fashion, her makeup fierce, and the wardrobe droolworthy. Another round of fierce campaigns and Mischa could be well on her way back to fashion stardom. Do you agree?

The Bourne Legacy Teaser: Jeremy Renner Takes Over For Matt Damon

Matt Damon may have exited the Bourne franchise, but his successor, Jeremy Renner, is primed and ready to go. In this brief teaser for The Bourne Legacy, we meet his character, Aaron Cross, an operative being prepped for Treadstone, the CIA program that turned Bourne into an elite government assassin. We shouldn't be surprised that there are more agents like Bourne, apparently, because as Edward Norton's character intones, "Jason Bourne was the tip of the iceberg."

As we see Cross being groomed, and then using his jaw-dropping skills in the field, I let go of my wistfulness for Damon, because Renner's new incarnation is such a badass. Plus, the fact that there are mainstays from the Bourne series here, like director Tony Gilroy and supporting cast members Joan Allen and David Strathairn, gives the new film some consistency, even if Damon isn't there. Though he'll always be the original, I can't wait to see what Renner brings to the table, because from the looks of the trailer, he's the right choice to play Damon's successor. Do I look fat? Obsessing over body image and calories to the point of disordered eating is an affliction most commonly associated with young women and the glare of Hollywood, not with the sweet young things running around the playground. Sadly though, there's a disturbing trend that's seeing younger and younger children being treated for serious eating disorders. Reporting on the results of a new study on eating disorders - which shockingly included two 6-year-olds, four 7-year-olds, and even a tot as young as 3 in treatment - doctors say that statistics like this are likely just the "tip of the iceberg" when it comes to the number of preteens actually suffering from debilitating conditions like anorexia and bulimia. Though it's nearly impossible to pinpoint one cause, doctors did say that "the pressure put on young people to conform to a certain body image could be blamed on a large number of eating disorders."

You're supposed to watch saturated fat and eat lots of vegetables — that's why you usually pick up a salad for lunch and dinner (even when the kids get burgers). But you're not obsessed with the scale like some women you know. You brush your teeth twice a day, and you last flossed, oh, maybe two weeks ago. You exercise but avoid lifting so you don't bulk up. The tummy pains you got last week? Must have been gas — nothing serious. And hey, you'd like to get 8 hours of sleep, but the days are short, and it's hard to get everything done. Sound familiar? These so-called "good" habits may actually be derailing your health. Here, experts share the surprising things you're doing wrong — and how to recover.

1. You Always Order a Salad
Don't assume that bowl of lettuce is always the healthiest menu pick.

Truth is, a lot of take-out and restaurant salads are basically a burger in a bowl, says Brie Turner-McGrievy, RD, clinical research coordinator for the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) in Washington, DC. That's because add-ons like fried chicken, croutons, and full-fat dressing pack major calories, fat, sodium, and other unhealthy nutrients. One example: McDonald's Bacon Ranch Salad with Crispy Chicken and Newman's Own Ranch Dressing has 540 calories and 35 grams of fat; a Big Mac has 540 calories and 29 grams.

The fix: Don't scratch take-out salad off your menu; just use a few common sense rules before you order. Avoid high-fat add-ons such as sour cream, extra cheese, croutons, bacon bits, and creamy dressings like Caesar and ranch. Opt for salads that aren't just a fiber-free mound of iceberg lettuce dotted with a few carrot and red cabbage shavings. And plan ahead: Most fast-food chains supply nutritional info online so you can scout out the best options before you leave.

2. You Rock Out While You Work Out

Check the volume on your iPod or MP3 player, advises Andrew Cheng, MD, an otolaryngologist at New York Medical College. The normal range of an MP3 player is 60 to 120 decibels; persistent exposures above 85 may cause hearing loss. If you're concerned, ask a friend to stand next to you while you listen: If she can hear your music, it's too loud.
