Issa and Kate Middleton Fans Rejoice With Net-a-Porter Capsule Collection

We're thrilled to present our favorite Lucky story here on Fab!

It was the dress seen around the world: When Princess-to-be Kate Middleton wore a certain royal blue frock for the announcement of her nuptials to Prince William, the interest in the London-based label behind it, Issa, spread like wildfire.

Well, we're thrilled to tell you that Net-A-Porter.com, a Lucky favorite for cream-of-the-crop designer pieces, is launching a capsule collection with the label, set to launch at the end of April. The six lacey, jewel-tone numbers were inspired by the landscapes and colors of India, once part of the British empire. Issa designer Daniella Helayel says, "I keep the busy, cosmopolitan Issa woman in my mind when designing easy-to-wear, effortless dresses; she is always on the move." Indeed she is, whether prepping for a royal wedding or not.

Admittedly, we've been eying Kate Middleton's engagement photos with envy, but it's not just because of the rock, or her fiancé. Actually, since we spied the soon-to-be princess smiling in her easy, sexy, royal blue silk jersey dress, we've wanted to add a piece of the Issa label to our own wardrobes. As luck would have it, the London-based Issa founder and designer, Daniella Helayel, got the message. With sights set on expanding the label into a global brand, Daniella announced plans to relaunch in the US, offer ecommerce through the Issa website, and open six stores in her native Brazil. And, if you're wondering what might be in store for Fall, this designer's got more to love than Kate's little blue dress: "I've got an amazing print archive and hundreds of dress shapes - most of which have never been used."

I plan on attending at least three holiday parties this year just so I can show off my frugal yet Fab frock, a pair of sequin shorties, and a sassy jumpsuit. Yes, jumpsuits lean on the daring side, but they're just so slick. Cuts and colors range from silky cropped styles to wide-legged wonders, so pick your pleasure. May I suggest wearing one, like this tailored Wink Black Stretch Cotton Jumpsuit ($223, originally $297), to a cocktail party or upscale dinner? I love the bustier-inspired silhouette. Fab Flash: Lindsay Lohan To Represent Visa Swap 2008

Lindsay Lohan has taken on another international deal as the official ambassador of Visa Swap 2008. The fashion recycling program, held in London between June and July, asks people to donate their used, wearable clothes, shoes and bags. In exchange, donors will receive points, which they can use to buy other vintage clothing dropped off by other people.

"The idea of swapping clothes, getting something for nothing and refreshing your wardrobe appeals to everyone" said Lohan, who has donated two pairs of Jimmy Choos, an Issa dress, and a Miu Miu bag of her own to the cause. Now that's what I call a fashion incentive.

Zooey Deschanel was a hot lady in red last night at the LA premiere of her new miniseries, Tin Man. The actress is usually non-mainstream in her fashion decisions, so it's fun to see her delving into sexy territories with her plunging red Zac Posen dress and Daniel Swarovski clutch. The burgundy pumps aren't my favorite, so I put her in something more dazzling.
