Beyonce chose to wear the crystal-embellished, drummer-boy stunner to dinner at the Waverly Inn with her hubbie, Jay-Z — they were celebrating their one-year anniversary. Notorious "King of Bling" Jacob Arabov, has been sentenced to 30 months in prison after pleading guilty to all charges of laundering over $270 million in drugs for the Black Mafia Family.
