The NY Giants went home victorious, but before kickoff many stars partied throughout the weekend at pre-game VIP events. Mom-to-be, and longtime football fan, Jessica Simpson couldn't miss out on the fun and tweeted a photo of her baby bump from a luxury box. Nina Dobrev, Chace Crawford, and Magic Mike costars Matt Bomer and Joe Manganiello participated in DirectTV's annual celebrity beach bowl. Twilight alum Kellan Lutz and Nikki Reed mingled with football fans while newly single Seal met up with John Legend and Michael Strahan following the game. Sex sells - especially for Super Bowl ads - and year after year, major companies try to get away with the raciest, steamiest ads possible, often at the expense of women. Cars, food, technology - it doesn't matter what the product is; these ads throw in a hot, skin-baring woman for distraction and buzz. Ahead of the big game tomorrow, let's look back at some of the most scandalous ads in the last few years. And maybe one day we'll see more Super Bowl ads that show women some respect.

Skechers: "Kim Kardashian For Shape-Ups"

Kim teases her trainer by telling him he's "the best she's ever had, but it's not working out," and she prefers her Shape-Up Skechers over him. This 2011 ad is confusing and mismarketed, because it's eye candy for men, yet targeting women. Plus, no woman in her right mind would pass up that smokin' trainer for a pair of sneakers.

Everyone's buzzing about the Facebook IPO, and after hearing about how many billionaires and millionaires the IPO will create, you might think that it's your chance to make money off this cash cow. But first, you need to educate yourself.

What's the deal about IPOs?

Facebook used to be a private company, which means its shares were not sold to the public. Once a firm goes public, it's on the stock market and it sells a part of itself to outside investors who can afford it. The term for going public is also known as an IPO or initial public offering.

Why would a company go public?

A company that sells shares to outside investors can stand to raise a lot of money. Current estimates of the Facebook IPO are at $5 billion. Companies can do a lot with the capital raised - they can use it to pay down long-term obligations, fund new opportunities, and even acquire competitors. Further, initial private investors who wish to exit can now sell their shares to public investors.

Any other time of year, a cocktail with "kiss" in the name might make me roll my eyes. But for Valentine's Day, this bright red, Winter-y drink is perfectly appropriate. Despite the name, I count the Amaretto-Cranberry Kiss among my favorite cocktails.

Like some of the best couples, amaretto and cranberry juice are an unlikely match, but highly compatible, and this vibrant cocktail tastes smooth, tart, and not too sweet. This time, I used sparkling cranberry juice from Trader Joe's (stirred, not shaken), which added a fun twist. Garnish with a seasonal clementine slice and toast to whatever you fancy.
